Another Rangers Game

We went to another Ranger's game Friday night. It was the perfect night for a baseball game! Temperatures in the high 70's (unheard of for a Texas summer), a little overcast so the sun wasn't in our eyes, cooperative kids for 9 innings of baseball plus an after-game firework show, friends to sit by, decent seats, and the score wasn't even close. Jacey took a couple trips to the play area where she threw some balls, hit some balls, and got a tattoo on her face. The line for the tattoos was SO long, but she insisted. While I waited in line with her, we missed 3 home runs all in the same inning! She didn't mind, we could still see the fireworks from the line. We got to sit by our friends Dallas and Abi, and Clint and Jen and Carly. Broden decided that he was interested in Carly, and had fun sitting by her for awhile. It makes it so much more fun to go with friends! Then afterward, they had a great fireworks show. Jacey loved it, and both kids were asleep by the time we left the ballpark at 11:30. It was a perfect night, and they both slept in until noon the next day!
